Growing up in Georgetown, SC, Tish Dozier Alleyne saw family members work hard in the mills and factories of the Lowcountry town. She also saw how companies at times failed to return that loyalty when workers were injured.

Those experiences continue to motivate Tish, the first in her family to graduate from college, today in her legal practice. Whether she’s fighting for an employee in a workers’ compensation case or battling to help a victim in a personal injury lawsuit, Tish is dedicated to making sure all clients receive the quality legal representation they deserve.

For Tish, practicing law is more than a job. It’s also a form of public service. Tish realizes that attorneys are often uniquely positioned to help right wrongs and give a voice to people who otherwise would have none.

That’s why Tish is committed to fighting hard for every client she represents in her personal injury and workers’ compensation practice. Fighting hard often isn’t enough on it’s own, though. Tish also fights smart, making sure she digs to unearth all the details in every case, whether it’s an auto accident or medical malpractice. She relies on almost two decades of legal experience that’s given her deep familiarity with the games the other side will play. Deny. Delay. Devalue.

Tish stands ready to counter all of that and battle for the best outcome possible for her clients. Sometimes, the best outcome will be a settlement that lets the injured person begin to heal financially and physically. Other times, achieving justice will take a willingness to try the case in court. Tish also knows that, often, just seeing a skilled, experienced lawyer on the other side of the table changes the whole tone of negotiations when a company realizes it’s dealing someone who knows their tactics and knows how to counter them.

Tish is committed to being that person every day for her clients.
